About Justin Lee

Hi! I am a recent graduate of Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business, with a B.S. in Global Business and dual concentrations in Marketing and Finance. I'm seeking full-time positions starting in August of 2025, preferably in the worlds of marketing, digital media, or business strategy. My internships at both Candid and the Mayor's Office of New York allowed me to develop an in-depth understanding of marketing and digital communications for the nonprofit and public sector. This included building paid social campaigns, creating an array of visual assets and marketing materials through Canva and Adobe Photoshop, and social media account management through tools like Sprout Social. Beyond the public sector, I also have experience developing social media campaigns and content creation for a holiday music entertainer, local sports teams and a non-profit employer organization. During my time at Fordham, I had a variety of projects that best demonstrated my abilities in analysis, teamwork, and time management. While studying abroad at Fordham's London campus, I had to perform a "retail audit" of a British fashion company, conducting a financial analysis and identifying growth opportunities for the brand Palace. During my sophomore year, I participated in the Gabelli Consulting Cup, where I collaborated closely with a group of my peers to identify Park Hotels and Resorts' business challenges. My team and I proposed a repositioning of Park’s Hilton Hotels to enter the gym industry and revamp their overall business model. In addition, during my freshman year, I was a finalist in the Ground Floor challenge. My team and I devised a comprehensive business plan for Turnaround, a sustainable platform designed to reduce clothing waste while simultaneously empowering emerging designers in the New York area.
