Justin has been providing solutions-oriented guidance to entities throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain for nearly two decades, specializing in market access, trade, reimbursement, government program participation, and pricing matters.Justin's clients have included biopharmaceutical manufacturers of all sizes and stages of commercialization, from top global manufacturers to pre-commercial, emerging bio-techs; health systems; distributors; GPOs; specialty pharmacies; hubs; and physician groups.Justin delivers responsive and dependable support to manufacturers to assure efficient negotiation and implementation of complex and innovative discount, rebate, distribution and services arrangements with a focus on mitigating government price reporting and other compliance risks.Justin also has deep and broad experience with the PHS 340B Drug Pricing Program, having served as seconded in-house counsel responsible for managing the 340B compliance program at a safety-net health system and advised biopharmaceutical manufacturers regarding implementation of contract pharmacy polices and 340B de-duplication efforts respective to commercial and Medicaid rebate claims. He is a recipient of an Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certificate.
