Risk Management & Compliance Director. Justin Mackee is the founder of Nest Global Co, Ltd. Justin began his investigative career in London in 2007 providing support to strategy teams of FTSE100 companies and corporate intelligence firms. In 2011, he moved to Shanghai to study Mandarin at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, before joining Control Risks' Corporate Investigations Practice in 2012. Before establishing Nest Global in 2017, Justin provided leadership in corporate investigations, business intelligence, crisis management and compliance programmes for a wide range of clients with Control Risks. He served as a Director in Shanghai, Delhi and Tokyo, in addition to delivering global consulting support to major Japanese multinational corporate clients. Justin specialises in business intelligence and complex problem solving, with extensive experience in investigations involving ties to organised crime and political actors across North Asia. He has executed hundreds of investigations on-the-ground in China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Mongolia, Japan, and India. Justin is bilingual in Japanese and English, with conversational Mandarin and French.
