Hi, I’m Justin Mann, CEO and Co-Founder of Stonelink Property Management. I’m passionate about transforming how real estate investors manage and grow their portfolios. At Stonelink, we’ve redefined property management with a vertically integrated approach that delivers faster, more reliable services while keeping ROI at the heart of every decision. After a successful career in the superyacht industry, I shifted gears to follow my true passion: real estate investing. Moving to Rhode Island, I quickly realized there was a gap in the market—a property management company built by investors, for investors. That realization led to the creation of Stonelink Property Management in 2016. Today, we’re proud to manage over 1,500 units across Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts, partnering with investors to scale their portfolios and achieve long-term success. Along the way, we’ve built an in-house team and integrated services like plumbing, landscaping, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and cost control for our clients. Some highlights from our journey: Turned around a 50-unit multifamily portfolio by reducing evictions and increasing rents by 20%. Implemented Ratio Utility Billing Systems (RUBS) to maximize client returns. Implemented RBP (Resident Benefit Package) to increase tenant retention Pioneered a vertically integrated property management model that’s now inspiring others in the industry.
