Started as a Seasonal Associate and was able to get promoted to Area Manager in 2 years. Worked my way up through hard work and dedication to mastering my craft. Area Manager 2021-current: • OB Ship Dock TUL2: Was able to turn around the OB Ship Dock and saved the company over dollars in rolled freight cost and re slam cost by implementing a strategy on the sorter for OB to better mirror sorts with heavy volume, eliminating the capacity for them to fall after Critical Pull Times and to avoid getting lost at slam lines. Was able to drive Front Half Nights Shift (Sun-Wed 1800-0430) performance from a bottom network performing dock in First Pass Yield for Cross belt sites, to number 5 in the network for First Pass Yield for Cross belt sites in less than 120 days. Helped 3 Pas get promoted and implemented a new project before i left for the ability to scan dangerous goods before getting shipped to air sites, into and RFID reader, avoiding cost for the mistake and possible major injury from the error. Had 3 of the top 5 Pas in the region. • Stow IGQ1: Able to improve stow rates in 4 weeks over 31%, saving the company 7 million plus dollars in cost. Able to change the culture of the department in a matter of weeks and able to get buy in from a new team. Finished over 100% to plan on all metrics multiple times based on the performance expectations i set. Process Assistant 2019-2020: • Instrumental in developing standard work practices for all shifts on the Inbound Receive Dock and in Stow. The best practices I set forward for Inbound became a network standard across all FC's. Was able to help cut cost by 30% by running lean headcounts and properly training associates in that path. Part of one of the best building launches in Amazon at OKC1 in Oklahoma City, OK and at TUL2 in Tulsa Oklahoma.
