Having a company that continues to grow and achieve its sales and profit milestones is determined by the motivation and the innovation of its people. I have found that it doesn’t matter what product or service you sell, if you operate with integrity, if you constantly seek to innovate and you motivate the people who work with you to do the same, it doesn’t matter what your company specializes in, it will achieve success.In my career, I have worked for both start-up and well-established organizations, both small business and large corporations. However, it is my innovative, entrepreneurial approach to business development and account management that has ensured my success in all of these environments. I have played a key role in building several businesses from start up to multimillion-dollar sales and I have worked with Fortune 500 clients to sell targeted product and service packages. My drive, my determination and my focus on constantly trying new approaches and methods were the key to my success, not the company where I worked or the product that I sold.I love people and I thrive when I can be out in the field engaging with people. You can’t see it from my LinkedIn picture, but I am a big guy. I am tall and I stand out from the crowd. So that I don’t come off as intimidating, I have worked on refining my communication skills and have developed the ability to quickly build rapport with people at all levels, from all cultures and backgrounds and of all personalities. I am confident in my ability to land new business, but also to deliver on my promises and provide the account support that keeps those customers for the long-term or to send their referrals.
