About Justin Mena

With over two decades in the industrial automation industry, I bring a wealth of expertise in material control, logistics, and return material authorization (RMA) processes. Currently working as a Materials Controller at Herzog, I am committed to ensuring operational excellence by streamlining inventory management and investigating defective product claims. My goal is to contribute to a collaborative environment that values precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, aligning with Herzog's mission to deliver exceptional service and innovation. As part of my role at Herzog, I focus on material coordination and supporting defect investigations, leveraging my hands-on experience in warehouse receiving, production, and RMA procedures. My previous tenure at IDEC USA further honed my skills in defect processing and cross-departmental support, which I now apply to optimize material flow and maintain high-quality standards. I thrive in dynamic environments that demand problem-solving and teamwork, always emphasizing operational efficiency and customer-centric solutions.
