About Justin Mims

When I was a kid I used to have this tiny, plastic card taped on my bathroom mirror and it had little, tiny shamrocks around the edges and in the middle it said something like, “Baby Name, Justin, of Irish origin, meaning: Just; Upright; Righteous”. Maybe it was a self-fulfilling prophecy but being honest and just and fair was something I strived for and it defines my character today. Every morning and every night I would brush my teeth in front of that mirror and my eyes would inevitably wander to that card and we would renew our vows once more. I hope that being honorable does not make me too unique in today’s world, but I know that my level of commitment to something I believe in is unrivaled and does set me apart. I'm an attorney with seven years of experience representing individual clients and businesses in a wide range of legal matters including but not limited to: general civil litigation, employment and labor law, personal injury claims, landlord/tenant disputes, contract drafting and review, social security disability, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and business law.
