About Justin Mizzi

Justin has an architecture background (holding a Master’s of Architecture and Conservation) and specializes in real estate (RE) valuation and advisory. He advises a vast range of clients for all stages of the RE lifecycle for all sectors, in particular for commercial RE and development properties. Advice includes real estate valuation, transactional due diligence, investment advisory, risk-advisory related services, design and planning advisory, rebuilding cost assessments, cost consultancy and estimation. Justin is also an experienced lecturer and event organizer. Besides being a director of the Malta Business Network and a founding partner of the Valuation Forum Malta, he has organized - and contributed to - several events, conferences, courses and lectures related to RE valuation, advisory, investment and markets over the past 5 years. These have been done privately, through Archi+, and in collaboration with other local entities such as the Malta Bankers' Association, the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Malta Stock Exchange amongst others.
