I took the opportunity to support NZs Covid response in a vital contract role which is now due to finish at the end of June. We provide all the phone based support for the Ministry of Health from Vaccine and general advice to more in depth medical requirements. The business also operates all the other national phone based medical services for the NZ Government. In this role we needed to be able to react on a days notice to new requirements from the government often, filling 100s of vacancies on just a few days notice. I also worked on much more search based recruitment for hard to fill medical and technical roles. Most recently I have designed and delivered training to several hundred advisors that are being offboarded as we have passed the peak requirements for staffing. With over 15 years of recruitment experience including 4 years working internally alongside HR teams I have a deep understanding of recruitment and the pressures and pain points that you see within your business.
