I am currently a Front Office Supervisor for Embassy Suites Raleigh-Crabtree. The Front Office Supervisor reports to and assists the Front Office Manager and the Hotel General Manager in effectively carrying out the objectives of the Front Office department. The position requires extremely close attention to detail, as well as understand the functions of auditing. The FO Supervisor needs to supervise and assist with check-in and check-out of hotel guests and managing in-house groups, address and resolve guests complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensure the guests satisfaction while supervising the front office operation. I have three years of night audit and front desk experience. I have developed a strong working knowledge of hospitality and hotel finances necessary for self supervision through out night shift. The most important thing a front-desk clerk does is excellent customer service in making sure each guest receives outstanding guest services. Being at a recently renovated hotel and surviving the onslaught of guest complaints has conditioned me to give outstanding resolutions to a variety of issues common and uncommon in the hotel industry. As night manager I have displayed a consistent ability to organize myself, my work and efforts towards all duties and responsibilities in my position. I enjoy being the point man when it comes to providing an professional and friendly environment, and an overall Extremely Satisfied experience for all guests regardless of leisure stays, corporate meetings, family events and community functions.
