Attaining extensive operational experience through a number of key positions and further increasing my value through adopting LEAN -Six Sigma methodologies. I focus on output driven models using MI-KPIs to underpin continuous change platform and Integrated business planning both providing the capability to continually surface efficiency and process opportunities. The introduction of these capabilities continues to deliver significant efficiency and financial benefits across the business with significant scope to be exploited and optimised further.
