Mr. Pierce has a broad range of experience in managing IP assets and substantial case management experience in large and complex IP cases. As an IP litigator and strategist, Mr. Pierce represents clients in artificial intelligence, software, consumer products, media, mobile device, computing, education and pharmaceutical fields. As a brand protection attorney, Mr. Pierce develops and implements global trademark and brand protection strategies for a major brands. As an IP transactions attorney, Mr. Pierce has extensive experience in licensing and leveraging IP assets in order to support the overall business goals of clients. Beyond his experience as an attorney, Mr. Pierce is also an inventor or co-inventor on patents, and published patent applications, dealing with mobile applications, augmented and virtual reality, gaming and anti-counterfeiting technology. He served as a Captain in the U.S Army after graduating from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
