Project Oversight: I handle the planning, execution, and completion of maintenance projects. This involves coordinating with various departments, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring that projects meet client expectations and industry standards. Sales Strategies and Growth: I drive our sales efforts by developing and implementing strategies to expand our client base and boost revenue. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and crafting proposals tailored to their needs. Customer Service and Account Management: I manage client relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our services. I work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, address any issues promptly, and provide solutions that enhance their experience. My focus is on maintaining long-term partnerships through exceptional service and proactive account management. Procurement: I handle the procurement of materials and services needed for our operations. This includes sourcing high-quality products, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory to ensure we have the resources to deliver outstanding service to our clients. I hold a Degree in Communications from California State University, Bakersfield, where I was a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). This background has been instrumental throughout my career. My nearly decade-long experience in property management began with Simon Property Group as an intern, where I gained skills in public relations and development marketing. This experience, along with hands-on roles at properties like Santa Rosa Plaza and Petaluma Village, has been foundational to my career.
