I am currently a freshman at Indiana University Bloomington. I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management. As a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for project management, I am focused on leveraging my experience in the construction industry and my academic background in business management to excel in a project management role. My hands-on experience, coupled with my leadership and organizational skills, has prepared me to effectively manage and deliver successful projects. At Harmon Construction Inc, I played a key role in various projects, including tearing down and remodeling fast food restaurants, constructing and installing solar panels, and painting walls at a hospital. These experiences have given me a solid foundation in project execution, problem-solving, and teamwork. In my role as a Receiver at Lowes Distribution, I honed my organizational skills by efficiently unloading, sorting, and delivering packages across the campus, ensuring that operations ran smoothly and on time. This role also reinforced my ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. My time at St Anne’s Golf Course allowed me to further develop my attention to detail and maintenance skills by maintaining the grounds, changing hole locations, and ensuring equipment cleanliness. These experiences have strengthened my ability to manage day-to-day operations while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
