Justin Ramirez serves as the Director of Zweig Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions team, where he oversees efforts on behalf of AEC clients to execute their short- and long-term M&A strategies. With a diverse background in Construction, Finance, Accounting, and Law, Justin brings a creative and unique perspective to all phases of the M&A process, playing an integral role in strategy development, execution, negotiations, and due diligence.Justin initially joined Zweig Group with a focus on Internal Ownership Transition, advising AEC clients on developing and implementing attainable Ownership Transition and Succession Plans. Before joining Zweig Group, he worked as a Third-Party Provider Risk Analyst at Arvest Bank, conducting annual inherent risk assessments on over 3,500 independent third parties to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Furthermore, Justin boasts over nine years of experience in the construction industry, having worked for and helped manage his family’s construction company.
