About Justin Rempel

20+ years in human resources/employee relations providing stalwart leadership and advice and service to numerous organizations, boards, CEO’s, CFO’s, HR Directors, and managers. I'm a champion of Human Resources. I've helped organizations increase their HR capacity through the creation of HR departments, assisted in compensation design, created a provincial education network of HR professionals, and also served as a board member for CPHR Manitoba. Currently, I'm serving on the board of the North American Education Negotiators organization as well as serving as a CPHR Manitoba mentor to share my experience and knowledge of HR/LR with other HR professionals. Acting as Chief Negotiator, I've strategically lead and negotiated 100+ collective bargaining agreements facilitating mandate and proposal design, devising settlement positions, and successfully reaching new agreements. I've experienced all aspects of the bargaining process including conciliation/mediation, strikes, and interest arbitrations. I aspire to reach collective agreements with unions with integrity and respect. I excel at creatively thinking outside the box to help organizations deal with complex HR issues including challenging investigations and reaching satisfactory resolutions.
