About Justin Ryan

As a Senior Placement Assistant and Event Coordinator at New York University School of Law, I leverage my event management skills to plan and execute major corporate events, such as job fairs and networking receptions. I also provide strategic support for student job placements by coordinating employer outreach, managing databases, and overseeing budgets for both placement services and events. My role involves facilitating seamless communication between students, employers, and faculty, addressing logistical challenges, and ensuring cost-effective execution to enhance both student placement success and event quality. In addition to my current role, I have extensive experience in educational program development and implementation, staff training, and operational management. As the Program Director at The Goddard School, I led the development and implementation of educational programs, designed and delivered comprehensive staff training programs, supervised teaching staff, and coordinated performance evaluations. I also organized school-wide events, facilitated communication between staff, parents, and leadership, and addressed operational challenges with creative problem-solving. Prior to that, I was a District Manager at NY Kids Club and NY Preschool, where I oversaw multiple centers, managed daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation, supervised center directors and staff, conducted performance evaluations, and maintained adherence to company policies. I have recently completed a Master of Science in Event Management at NYU School of Professional Studies, further enhancing my skills and knowledge in this field.
