I believe in challenging myself in order to grow personally and in my career, discomfort spurs growth, knowledge and experience provide the tools to grow. I am a health conscious tradesman that believes in personal values and integrity. I coach family men under 40 to build 10+Lbs of drug free muscle without bogus supplements or missing family dinner. I am also an Instrumentation and control technician employed in the oil and gas sector. I have been training and working on my health and fitness for 16 years while maintaining a full time position in multiple tradesman roles. My passion for fitness has taught and instilled many values in me such as commitment and the ability to stay consistent to achieve goals. I serve and provide value to others in the form of fitness coaching to ensure they achieve their physique goal. I am currently employed in the oil and gas industry, mostly gaining experience in the area of gas plant and field preventive, reactive and predictive maintenance. Tasks such as scheduled custody transfer - accounting and non-accounting meter calibrations, pressure - level - temperature indicating and switching device maintenance, valve and actuator maintenance, fire and gas detection device maintenance. I also have experience in the instrument repair shop, calibrating dryflows, rebuilding and pressure testing valves, actuators, and pumps. With the seemingly limitless amount of technology and information associated with the trade there will always be something to learn.
