I give thorough hearing evaluation's, dispense hearing instruments, and service hearing instruments. I enjoy making new connections in the communities that I serve through community expo's, health expo's, and different networking opportunities with other business professionals. I'm a member of the International Hearing Society and also the Michigan Alliance of Hearing Care Professionals. To me, my job is very rewarding. It is rewarding due to the fact that I can help family and friends reconnect with loved ones, bringing them out of isolation at family parties and events, helping grand parents understand what their grandchild is telling them, helping them find comfort in going out and being social with friends and feeling confident that they will be part of the conversations, and the list goes on. A few success stories that I like to share would be having a brand new patient give me a custom built bird house out of appreciation because I helped him get back into the conversation with his family and friends. Another patient brings me wood carvings to display in my home. Another patient that refused to believe anything was wrong with his hearing cried in my office because I had put a set of stock aids in his ears, and he heard rainfall for the first time in several years. These are the type of results, and relationships, that I enjoy and have the privilege of working with everyday.
