About Justin Sheehan

Since Starting as a regular line level team member at Lake Compounce in 2003 working my way through college I have advanced through the ranks to become a seasonal manager, then the Concessions Manager, and finally the Food and Beverage Manager. As I rose in the ranks from a team member to a full time manager I have been given numerous opportunities to expand my knowledge base and experience through countless new responsibilities. During my time at Lake Compounce I have learned to manage over 300 employee's, 20 different Food Outlets, our Catering Facility, and our Warehouse Facility. I have been responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures, menu creation and development, creating and implementing training programs for operations, food safety, and seasonal managers. I am also responsible for guest service, food service sales, cost of goods sold, inventory management, payroll management, building maintenance, and have recently become a ServSafe Certified Instructor and Proctor in order to train our seasonal management staff in Food Safety in a more cost effective manner.
