About Justin Steele

Highly motivated, effective communicator and problem solver who successfully completed two combat tours and one detainee operations tour in leadership positions with the United States Army Military Police Corps. I have effectively managed more than in government equipment and work well with team members and groups from diverse backgrounds. As a Patrol Supervisor, I oversaw all law enforcement operations on post without a single incident. I was also responsible for building relations with multiple communities as well as tracking market shares and market analysis as an Army Recruiter. I then successfully served as a Watch Commander for two different camps in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and finished the deployment with the battalion training and operations shop. I have most recently been a Security Operations Manager responsible for three states where I attended the Gavin De Becker Threat Assessment Academy as well as the Reid Investigative Interview training.
