About Justin Sullivan

Graduating from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Supply Chain Management laid the foundation for my passion for driving operational efficiency and delivering value across complex supply chains. I currently serve as a Senior Replenishment Planner at Ace Hardware Corporation, where I apply my education and experience to ensure product availability and supply continuity across a vast retail network. In my current role, I manage key vendor relationships, optimize inventory positioning across Ace’s nationwide distribution network, and develop sales and operational planning strategies, particularly for seasonal categories that require precise forecasting and execution. I work cross-functionally with merchandising, logistics, and supplier partners to align supply with demand and support store-level success. My professional strengths include leadership and collaboration, advanced Excel expertise, and proficiency in writing and editing SQL queries for data-driven decision-making. I also bring knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to process improvement initiatives and have hands-on experience navigating SAP systems to manage materials, orders, and analytics. I'm always looking for ways to enhance supply chain performance through innovation and teamwork.
