About Justin Taylor

I come from the fields. Literally. I built my foundation in organic farming and soil science before shifting gears into the business world. That path gave me something most reps don’t have: perspective, grit, and a deep respect for the systems that keep things growing whether it’s crops or companies. Now, I’m a Client Account Executive at Paylocity, working with business leaders and HR teams to bring more efficiency, clarity, and culture into their organizations. I don’t just pitch software, I help clients unlock tools that solve real operational problems and improve the employee experience from the ground up. I believe that the way people feel at work matters just as much as what they do. That’s why I focus on aligning Paylocity’s platform with each client’s long-term goals whether it's automating admin chaos, cleaning up compliance, or building a culture people want to be part of.
