About Justin Ware

With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am a passionate and dedicated personal training manager who strives to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. I have a strong background in fitness instruction, training, and sales, and I hold a NASM certification and a BS in Integrative Neuroscience. I am currently working at New York Sports Club, where I lead a team of personal trainers and oversee the personal training revenue and profitability. In my current role, I have increased the personal training revenue and profitability by managing sales performance, sessions serviced growth, quality of personal training experience and labor management. I have also staffed and developed new personal trainers who are responsible for selling new fitness service products and providing technically sound fitness programs. Additionally, I have leveraged my skills in fitness industry, fitness instruction, and training to create a signature group fitness class and to train new employees as an Educational Onboarding Program Mentor. I am always eager to learn new techniques and methods to improve my skills and to deliver the best results for my clients and my team.
