About Justin Xavier

I am a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in the international education sector, currently specialising in fostering cross-border collaborations and strategic initiatives between Australia, Vietnam, and other regions. I have an extensive background spans universities and higher education institutions across Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and the U.S. I am deeply passionate about nurturing intrapreneurship and innovation, which is reflected in my current role as the Senior Manager of International & Projects at The Business School, RMIT University Vietnam. I am spearheading a university strategic initiative called SPARK Hub. SPARK Hub, a concept I developed, is a vibrant and dynamic ecosystem that serves as a beacon of innovation and entrepreneurship, positioning RMIT University Vietnam at the forefront of industry collaboration. Designed to nurture innovation and entrepreneurial ambitions, SPARK Hub connects RMIT students, alumni, and the wider community with a supportive platform to grow, flourish, and transform their ideas into reality. I have expertise includes strategic planning, international project management, and industry collaboration, making me a valued member of various professional organisations, including the Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM), Australia, and the Malaysian Institute of Management.
