About Justin Young
My dynamic career in advertising started over 25 years ago in Vancouver, but it really started to take shape when I moved to San Francisco to immerse myself into the digital arena. I worked with various tech start-ups before landing at Goodby Silverstein & Partners to act as digital lead for high-profile accounts such as HP and Banana Republic. Eventually, I was lured back to Canada to be the Managing Director at Radar DDB, the social media flagship division of DDB Canada. Numerous awards and accolades later, I broke out on my own and founded one of North America’s first full-service social media agencies, Village & Co. This is where my cumulative experience alchemized to spawn a new breed of creative leadership. Since then, I have been a leading creative partner for various companies, agencies and organizations including Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Toyota, TransLink, Stanford Graduate School of Business and the David Suzuki Foundation.
