About Justine Bouril

I am Justine Bouril a graduate from Mount St. Joseph University with a sports management degree. I am a very outgoing and hardworking person. I am a very enthusiastic person always ready for what thrown at me. I am will to try new things and step outside my comfort zone. I am easy to get along with and I understand what people want out of me for project. I like to help other succeed and push them to do their best in performance. I am not afraid of failing because that will only make me stronger for my future and it will be a learning experience so I will not make the same mistake twice. When I am given a task I will make sure it is up to professional standards. I am very hard working always looking for different ways to improve my abilities. I am very neat, clean, and organized so that I can work up to my full potential. If I need help I am willing and not afraid to ask for guidance since I can learn for others. As a sports management major and a student athlete I see how teams work on and off the field. My experience of being a student athlete helped me learn how to budget my time to get everything done. I found out that playing sport you have to multi-task without even knowing it. It is a skill that is a big strength to have and I know I have that skill. I grew up around sports watching and playing a lot of different sports. I am ready to start working in sports and get to work behind the scene for events that are put on for the community.
