About Justine Decoste

Justine is a Director and shareholder at Pathstone with nearly 15 years of investment experience. She is a member of the Private Equities team, where she leads sourcing and diligence of private investment opportunities, with a particular focus on impact-oriented strategies. She joined Pathstone from Crestone Capital, where she spearheaded the firm’s impact strategy and investment portfolio. At both firms, Justine has worked to advance innovation in private capital impact —designing and launching an access vehicle series dedicated to strategies aligned with climate sustainability, health & wellness, and opportunity and inclusion. She has independently curated a portfolio of early-stage venture and growth funds, as well as targeted co-investments, with an emphasis on underfunded and underserved sectors including maternal health, mental heath, sustainable food systems, and education. In addition, she has contributed extensively to portfolio management and firmwide investment strategy through market and macroeconomic analysis, capital market assumptions, asset allocation guidance, and portfolio construction insights. Justine received her Bachelor of Arts in economics, with a minor in international affairs, from Boston College and is a CFA® Charterholder. She serves on the Investment Committee for Community Foundation Boulder County and is a member of the CFA® Institute and CFA® Society Colorado.
