About Justine Dore

I am accustomed to a fast pace, high pressure environment. I have been in automotive manufacturing for the last 4.5 years. I am currently working in Change Management for over 3 years. My role is to coordinate the evaluations, trials, and implementations of improvements to processes or products manufactured. I am constantly striving to improve and maintain organization. I am audited several times a year both internally and externally (IATF). Attention to detail, time management, and perseverance have helped me succeed in audits. Previously I was the Executive Assistant to the Plant Manager. I also held an administrative role at the local government level. In these roles I was responsible for travel, scheduling, presentations, transcribing, and various clerical duties. For 7 years, I had a career in the service industry, where I was able to utilize my multitasking, problem solving, and customer service skills. I have held positions as a manager, bookkeeper, logistics operator, assistant for a car dealership, and other various roles. I have worked in blue collar jobs and professional environments. I have experience doing clerical work and also physically demanding jobs. My experiences in the workplace is diverse. My passion is yoga and physical fitness. I am a huge proponent of physical and mental health and overall well-being. I love nature and being outdoors.
