Over 30 years’ experience developing and implementing plans and actions to achieve quality client, people, operational and practice outcomes. A solid track record in maintaining and continuously improving systems and processes to ensure quality support and services with a sound understanding of National Safeguarding standards, National Disability Standards and quality indicators, Disability regulation, legislation and policy and their application. With well-developed problem solving and influencing skills including the ability to recommend strategies for resolution and managing customer expectations by applying discretion in dealing with sensitive issues and environments. Experience working with Committees and Working Groups, including the development of strategic agendas and reporting coupled with a solid approach to managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines. I am a reliable and ethical advocate for people with a disability, my ethos for over 30 years has been to bring my best self to work in order to support people living with a disability to claim ownership over their own life, to feel secure, supported and safe, and reach their full potential.
