About Justine Thomas

I’m a driven, dynamic Certified Fund Raising Executive with a passion for unlocking organizational potential through meaningful philanthropy. Authentic connection, strategic negotiation, and a deep desire to do good have always shaped my approach to fundraising. Over the years, I’ve channeled these passions into raising millions for causes close to my heart. My expertise spans marketing and fundraising across diverse sectors—with a particular focus on education, women’s empowerment, and both local and global community development. Whether I’m working with clients, donors, board members, volunteers, or emerging student leaders, my mission is always the same: to connect people with purpose and align them with causes that reflect their core values. I specialize in fundraising coaching, capital campaigns, strategic planning and international nonprofit development. I have my BA in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and I am a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) since June 2021. If you're interested in connecting, I’d love to hear from you.
