Craft Brewing Industry & Hospitality specialist with experience in brewery production, taproom management, operations management, marketing & sales and forecasting craft beer trends. I currently work as the Director of Operations for Unfiltered Hospitality, a Bar Operations and Cocktail consulting company. I served on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Craft Brewers Guild and am the Director of Operations of Unfiltered Hospitality, a consulting firm with specialties in high-end cocktail beverage development and branding for speciality spirits. I double-majored in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing Management with an emphasis on trend analysis and fashion advertising. I prefer working on the creative side of projects but I also excel in a data-driven environment. After years of appreciation of craft beer, I transitioned to working full-time in the craft beer industry, starting as a packaging tech for a moderate sized brewery in Denver, Colorado. I eventually took my marketing background and began marketing consulting for small craft breweries.I currently have shifted my skills to Operations Manager for hospitality consulting, and specialize in strategic planning, process development and client relationship management.
