As a hospitality management professional with over 15 years of experience, I have developed a passion for creating unique and memorable experiences for guests. I am currently the owner and operator of a camping and cabin business, where I oversee all aspects of operations, from marketing and sales to interior design and customer service. I also work as a general manager and interior consultant for Accor and Airbnb, where I apply my skills in hospitality administration and management to enhance the guest experience and drive business growth. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Sales/Hospitality Management from Grand Canyon University and an Associate of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Midstate College/Augusta, Maine. I am also a Certified Travel Counselor, which demonstrates my expertise in the travel industry. My goal is to continue to grow and learn in the hospitality field, and to share my knowledge and skills with others.
