About Juston Waters

Hi! I’m a Senior Product Manager at Staples focused on understanding customer challenges and advocating for solutions that drive business impact. I collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to create seamless experiences that drive engagement and support business growth. What excites me about product management is the opportunity to connect with people, understand their motivations, and bring ideas to life. I thrive in diverse environments and enjoy solving complex problems that make a real difference. My journey spans early-stage startups to enterprise organizations. I started at Threadsy an early-stage startup, leading product initiatives and scaling digital commerce platforms. After its acquisition by Alphabroder, I joined as a Principal Product Manager, driving AI-powered tools and optimizing eCommerce experiences for a $1.3B enterprise. I also supported the transition to S&S Activewear, ensuring a seamless integration of platforms and processes across enterprise operations. Beyond work, I stay active in my community contributing monthly to United Way events and supporting organizations dedicated to youth education. Outside of product and community work you’ll find me traveling, cooking, gaming, watching sports, or capturing moments through photography. I am always open to new connections, let’s chat!
