About Justus Bope

As the Senior Network Engineer at Serve IT, I oversee the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance networks, including the management of AS329063. I specialize in optimizing complex networks using advanced routing protocols such as BGP, MPLS, BGP VPN, and L2VPN, ensuring seamless operation across our infrastructure. Certified in both Mikrotik (MTCNA, MTCRE) and Cisco (CCNA), I bring a comprehensive understanding of network architecture and troubleshooting to my role. I am particularly skilled in managing Mikrotik routers, VLAN configurations, and monitoring systems to maintain network stability. I am currently leading the implementation of an IPv6 overlay for IPv4 within Serve IT’s network, working to future-proof our infrastructure and ensure a smooth transition to IPv6. This project is critical for preparing our network for the evolving demands of modern internet architecture. At Serve IT, I have led initiatives that significantly enhanced network performance, improved reliability, and streamlined service delivery for our clients. I am passionate about staying ahead of the curve with emerging technologies, and I continuously seek opportunities to deepen my knowledge. Looking forward, I am committed to further advancing my skills and contributing to the growth and success of our industry. Feel free to connect with me to discuss network engineering, IPv6 implementation, or potential collaborations.
