Justus is a seasoned Relationship Manager with the premier banking team of Standard Chartered Bank and ABSA formerly Barclays Bank of Kenya. He is specialised in providing asset management, liability growth solutions, investment services and credit card facilities to high net worth individuals, large corporations and SME's. He currently manages a portfolio in excess of KES 2.7BN for 252 customers and grew the asset book value from KES 423M to 786M Kenya Shillings between 2015 and 2017.Justus joined Barclays Bank of Kenya in 2005 as a bank teller and was promoted to personal banking as a Customer Advisor in 2007. He spent the next seven years in various sales management roles before being promoted to Relationship Manager in 2015.Over the years, Justus has received several commendations for his performance:In 2017 he was voted 'Best Relationship Manager Half Year.In 2013 he was voted 'Best Premier Manager Assistant'In 2009 he was voted the 'Best Personal Banker' in Mt Kenya Region.Justus is a board member of Kavyuni Secondary School in Machakos County where he offers his financial expertise to support the school. Justus is married with two children.
