About Justyna Laskowska

Hi, I'm Justyna. Great to e-meet you here. I've been working in the broad field of marketing for over 15 years. I've gained experience across diverse industries, including FinTech, cryptocurrency, e-commerce, fashion, travel, and productivity software. The first thing you need to know about me is I am super curious about a lot of stuff. My brain is basically a magnet for new tech, cool tools and AI. Beyond that, I'm fascinated by the quirks of human behavior (psychology & sociology), the big picture of our planet (geography, politics, and global economics), the ultimate cosmic road trip (the race into space!), and anything that looks good (fine arts & design). With this being said, let's jump to details of my professional experience. I have 15+ years of experience in digital marketing. To be more precise, my work included- market research and strategy- SEO, UX and web copywriting- content creation- paid ads and marketing analytics- public relations and events- crisis management and communication. I've built and led marketing teams, recruiting for various roles from juniors to directors, and from copywriters to graphic designers.I worked closely with product, AML, IT and Support teams to deliver new products and features. In my work I use agile methodologies,(kanban & scrum) as well as project management tools. I highly value clear communication and goals, a collaborative team approach, and a commitment to constant learning and testing.I also have experience in- organizing academic and commercial events- conducting user and academic research (user tests, surveys, interviews, focus groups, and writing scientific papers)- speaking at cryptocurrency conferences and teaching at the academic level.
