About Justyna Werner

I bring 7+ years of diverse HR experience starting from big private companies, small energetic start-ups all through world’s largest regional security organisation OSCE. Throughout my career I supported leaders, managers and individuals in various HR capacities, starting from talent acquisition, payroll and learning and development. Before starting my coaching journey I had an honor to work for world's largest regional security organization where I gained relevant experience in Talent Acquisition in diverse, international environment. I started from managing entire recruitment cycles for all contractual modalities and with time I grew into fields of sourcing and talent attraction. I was always passionate about marketing and communication and having experience from private sector and being a creative person, those areas of Talent Acquisition progressed naturally. As an outreach focal point of the unit I contributed to release of almost 30 newsletters, co-organized dozens of webinars, created branding materials for all LinkedIn activities, planned and executed consistent LinkedIn activities in the unit, including most recently using LinkedIn Live function, designed infographics, produced videos and most importantly I planned and led strategic campaigns for selected positions. I hold a degree in Chinese Studies and right now I am pursuing a Master Degree in International Development Studies. I truly believe in lifelong learning therefore I have completed multiple trainings.(CIPD level 3 Diploma, Social Talent). I work system, solution- and resource-oriented, with considering of intercultural aspects.
