Throughout career journey focused on IT system operations and IT projects, taking care of compliance-wise account structure, working with Cloud-based solutions and leading improvements as the single point of contact with Customer. Within ServiceNow Consulting work as Project Manager for one of the biggest companies from Beverage sector, implementing project concerning consolidation of ServiceNow Platforms worldwide with strategic removal of customizations in the target platform; led a project of implementation of Resource Management module / PPM throughout Solution Delivery. Since 2013 continuously enhancing knowledge within IT infrastructure, ServiceNow Consulting and IT project management following agile / scrum methodology in order to provide top quality results towards Clients from varied market sectors: beverage; logistics, pharmaceuticals and banking.
