IT System AdministratorI am an IT enthusiast looking to build a career in the IT industry. To follow my passion in IT, I enrolled on a self-funded IT training course to obtain some basic skill sets and knowledge to to kick start my IT carrer. I wish to progress to an IT Support to 2nd/3rd line support roles to gain the necessary skills and experience to allow me to progress within a challenging environment and to bring my transferable skills across with me. I hold extensive experience in retail management which I have built up over the last 10 years. I have gained many transferable skills, such as providing excellent customer service in a demanding environment, managing my workload and working to tight deadlines and resolving issues with irate customers in diplomatic and professional manner.I have strong interpersonal skills with internal and external staff/clients. I am a very hands on person who is not afraid to get their hand dirty to understand the business better and to gain more knowledge. I am always learning new skills and developing my knowledge day by day. I have gained many valuable skills working on different projects and troubleshooting different aspects of hardware and software and built an excellent high-end profile within the company I am working for currently. I am a individual who strives to achieve the best, whether that involves working as part of a team, and on my own; it is the result that I take ride in. Having experienced various, IT orientated environments I have gained many transferable skills such as time management, meeting client needs as well as providing excellent customer service. I am now ready to move in to management roles within the IT industry which I have extensive experiance in.
