As an IT Specialist at TGT Solutions, I oversee a clustered infrastructure that supports over 100 Windows/Linux virtual servers, SAN storage, 15+ physical host servers, and two firewalls. I leverage RMM, EDR, VPN, and IDS tools to optimize network performance and ensure security, and document critical information for transparency and accessibility. I am a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate, demonstrating my proficiency in cloud computing and management.
