About Jvanze Walters

I've built a career out of helping people fall in love with New York City. The first time I caught a glimpse of the Manhattan skyline, rounding the bend as you come off 495 towards the Lincoln Tunnel, I was just 12 years old and it was love at first sight. I would eventually have the honor of attending my dream school here, NYU, before making the city my home. I've lived here for most of my adult life, and yet to this day I still do a proverbial little pinch to remind myself that I'm living in the land of my dreams. That's really the heart of what's fueled me as a Concierge; having the privilege of meeting people from all over the world and helping spin their own NYC dreams into reality. Time and again, guest after guest, has thanked me for helping them truly experience the city, often for the first time after years of anticipation and excitement. Despite doing this kind of work for nearly 10 years, that gratitude never fails to move me, because I completely get it. I also have a background, and BFA, in Theatre and this career has allowed me to marry my duel passions and share them with others. What more can you truly ask for? I specialize in treating other human beings with respect, dignity and grace. I am patient to a fault. And I always strive to do my work well, do it with joy, and do it to the best of my abilities.
