I am a dedicated Career Practitioner and Employment Coach with extensive experience supporting individuals in achieving their career aspirations. My work involves providing personalized guidance to help clients overcome complex barriers, navigate cultural challenges, and develop the skills necessary for meaningful and sustainable employment. In addition to my expertise in career coaching, I bring significant experience in social work and education. I have taught at the university level,and later in Canada, I transitioned to teaching in community centers, helping in settlement organizations, and ending up with employment services. Here, I focused on supporting diverse groups, including immigrants and refugees, by assisting them build confidence, acquire new skills, and integrate into the workforce. With a background in architecture and expertise in AutoCAD, I incorporate a creative and solution-oriented approach into my work. This unique combination of skills enables me to design innovative workshops, deliver engaging learning experiences, and empower individuals to reach their full potential. My passion lies in fostering inclusion, acceptance, and empowerment while helping communities thrive both, professionally and personally.
