As a creative and strategic thinker, I have a passion for transforming ideas into reality. I thrive on leading innovative initiatives and pushing boundaries. At XK, I lead the development and execution of our company's strategy, working alongside an amazing team. With over 15 years of experience in strategy, leadership, business development, and risk management, I am responsible for financial, operational, and business development functions. Since joining XK in 2017, I have played a pivotal role in achieving significant milestones for the company. We have grown from 8 employees to 50 and increased our revenue 8-fold. Notable accomplishments along the way include leading the development and certification of XK management systems to ISO international standards, implementing processes to ensure compliance with the new Design & Building Practitioners Act, securing XK's acceptance into the NSW Government Pre-qualification Scheme for Consultants in Construction and other government programs, and most recently, achieving a Gold Star iCirt Rating with Equifax. As a leader, I take a people-centric approach and prioritize supporting and empowering others to reach their full potential. Seeing others succeed brings me immense satisfaction both personally and professionally. I am committed to my ongoing personal and professional growth, striving to be the best parent, friend, leader, and mentor I can be.
