Responsible for administrate the daily operation activity in a unit and Maintained/Retained Documented procedures, operational control, work instructions, management review meeting notes,DCN,ECN, presentation on quality objective,Records related to MR. Managing external body certifications- IATF:16949, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO: 45001:2018, FSC, PEFC and SEDEX etc. Liasioning with interested party, workers representative, auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications. Manage the external audit programme and monitor external audit performance. Extensive experience in writing policies, procedures and best practice guidance. Adhere to the IMS Policies (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) of the company and Promote and visibly support the IMS function/ethos. Conduct Management Review meetings, measure Quality Objectives and Quality Circle meetings. Co-ordinate continual improvements of the IMS, ensuring that evidence of corrective and preventive actions taken are recorded and reviewed. Conduct Internal Audit for Head office, Branches & Factories pan India as per ISO 19011 for IMS. Trainer for Quality related subjects like integrated management system, ISO, FMEA,Core tools,FSC,PEFC,5S, Kaizen, project management etc. Ensure non-compliance during internal audits are closed within stipulated time period. To prepare IMS Manual and objective for all applicable Department at above standard. Well known about HIRA documents. Aspect-Impact, Risks and Opportunity, Hazardous identification and Risks assessment). OH & S requirements as per latest standard and evacuation plan for Emergency preparedness, Mock drill activities. Conduct awareness training program for IMS. To calculate Quality cost and PPM month wise, part wise, defects wise. Daily rework and red bin analysis with CFT team and their corrective action. To evaluate CP & CPK studies, 5 WHY, 7QC TOOL, MSA, documents for Customer. Responsible for handling and monitoring data related to Incoming Quality, Process & well versed in latest terms of Quality customer complain. To conduct audits like process and product. Work directly with suppliers to ensure compliance of supplied materials.
