As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Deloitte, I am responsible for hiring qualified candidates for various roles in the BFSI sector, one of the most competitive and dynamic industries in the market. I use my screening, communication, and problem-solving skills to identify, attract, and assess potential talent, and to ensure a positive and smooth hiring experience for both candidates and clients.I have a strong background in human resources, with over four years of experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, projects, and processes. I have hired numerous candidates, including SAP SAC, BPC, PaPM, and Group Reporting roles. I have also contributed to the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices, and to the training and mentoring of new team members. I hold a MBA degree in Marketing HR from BUNDELKHAND INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, JHANSI, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in marketing, management, and HR strategies.
