About Jyotsna Siddharth

I work as an independennt Artist, Actor and Writer. In the past, I have led and managed Gendera at Work India Trust where I advised non profits, corporate and philanthropic organisations organisations on DEI, feminist systems, workcultures and narrative shifts. I am passionate about making workspaces intersectional and inclusive through feminist leadership, systems and institutional change. I have been a Chevening Scholar and was awarded 40 under 40 by Edex in 2020 and most recently featured as Cosmopolitan India Blogger Award Nominee'23 and Linkedin Top Voice for Social Impact. I work in many sectors from nonprofit, films, arts, theatre, activism and writing. Most recently, I have also been supporting social art engagements and collectives on strengthening intersectionality encompassing gender, anti caste, queer, minority rights, race and disabilities perspectives in India and other countries.
