I have worked in areas like Reservoir Fluids, Reservoir Rocks, Oil & Gas Evaluation @ Reservoir Conditions, Oil & Gas Production Optimisation, Drilling Fluid Management for Onshore / Offshore Drilling during May 1976 to June 1998 in various work centres of ONGC. After reaching the Management level I had assignments in Training & Manpower Development, HSE Management, Training & Manpower Development in HSE from July 1998 till March 2011 (My day of superannuation in ONGC after a total service of 34+ years) After superannuation from ONGC I have been associated with ONGC in Recruitment of New young Executives through Open Selection or Campus Recruitment from Reputed Institutions.
