About Kaan Erden

I'm a senior IT leader with over 18 years of experience driving technology-enabled transformation across complex, global environments. My core strength lies in bridging the gap between business strategy and IT execution. I am focusing on delivering scalable solutions that enable growth, streamline operations, and enhance decision-making. Over the years, I’ve led multi-year portfolio and program initiatives, particularly in the Trade, Sales, Procurement and Technology platforms, while supporting diverse organizational units like SBD, Category Management, Travel Market, and OOH channels. I bring a structured approach to IT governance and a strong belief in cross-functional collaboration. I focus on aligning stakeholders, building trust, and enabling teams to deliver with ownership and clarity. Currently based in Luxembourg and working at the intersection of digital innovation, commercial operations, and IT service excellence.
